• On-Demand CNC Machining

  At Cobalt CNC we utilize specialized tooling and globally sourced equipment to produce parts that meet your specific requirements. Our focus on quality and precision ensures that each component is manufactured to exact standards and you get what you need as fast as possible. Currently we possess both Milling and lathe capabilities. Additionally we cater to both one off items as well as production runs of parts/larger quantity orders.

• Rapid Prototyping/Design Consultation

  By integrating CAD/CAM software with 3D printing and 3D scanning technologies, were able to efficiently transition from design to prototype, streamlining the product development process as well as contributing to design changes and methods of creation that may lead to improved efficiency both in regards to cost and performance of the design.

• CAD Drafting services

  Through the use of the most up to date CAD software such as Fusion360, it allows us to create complex geometries and detailed components, facilitating a seamless design-to-production workflow where iterations can be made easily and the entire design process is intuitive and involved. We can also provide the service of delivering fully dimensioned Technical drawings for your projects making getting them made in the future easier and streamlined.

  Employing advanced 3D scanning and FDM/SLA printing technologies, we can accurately replicate and produce intricate parts, enhancing the quality and accuracy of our prototyping and reverse engineering capabilities while simultaneously doing it faster than you could without these tools at your disposal.

  Our machines are tooled and equipped to handle a diverse range of materials; such as any grade of stainless steel and all other general purpose metals as well as a range of plastics, like acetal and other engineering plastics.
